| Abstract: | NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) March 11, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today lowered its ratings on 569 bond issues supported by letters of credit (LOCs) provided by Bank of America Corp.'s bank subsidiaries, Bank of America N.A., Bank of America N.A. (USA), LaSalle Bank N.A., and LaSalle Bank Midwest N.A. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its ratings on five bond issues supported by Bank of America N.A. and three bond issues supported by LaSalle Bank N.A. (see list). These rating actions follow the March 3, 2009, lowering of our ratings on Bank of America Corp. and its bank subsidiaries to 'A+/A-1' from 'AA-/A-1+'(see "Bank of America Corp.
