| Abstract: | NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 22, 2007--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its ratings on Embarcadero Aircraft Securitization Trust's (EAST) $507.62 million fixed- and floating-rate notes series 2000-1 (see list). The affirmations reflect Standard & Poor's view that the assignment of servicing for the aircraft operating lease transaction from EAST to Macquarie Aircraft Leasing Ltd. will not affect the ratings assigned to the transaction's notes. EAST is a securitization backed by a pool of 34 aircraft operating leases originated by Lehman Brothers Inc. and GATX Capital Corp. (GATX) in August 2000. GATX was originally appointed as servicer for EAST; however, in January 2007, a consortium (which includes Macquarie Bank Ltd.) acquired substantially all of GATX Financial Corp.'s (formerly known
