| Abstract: | On March 24, 2008, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services revised its outlook on US Airways Group Inc. to stable from positive. We have affirmed all ratings, including the 'B-' long-term corporate credit rating. The outlook revision is based on an expected weakening of the company's financial profile from sustained high fuel prices. We expect the company to post a significant loss in 2008 not only because of higher fuel prices, but also due to weaker demand caused by a slowing economy.
