| Abstract: | On Nov. 3, 2009, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its ratings on certain Ford Motor Co. secured and unsecured debt issues, while leaving the recovery ratings on this debt unchanged. The issue-level rating changes reflect the raising of the corporate credit rating on Ford to 'B-' from 'CCC+' that day.
