| Abstract: | NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Jan. 18, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today affirmed its ratings on all classes of certificates issued by Citibank Credit Card Master Trust I, as well as on the notes issued by the Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust and by the Citibank Omni Master Trust (see list). The affirmations follow the Jan. 15, 2008, downgrade of the counterparty credit rating assigned to Citibank (South Dakota) N.A., Sioux Falls (Citibank), to 'AA/A-1+' from 'AA+/A-1+'. Citibank is the originator and servicer of the underlying credit card receivables.
