NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) April 1, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today withdrew its 'AA' rating on Bear Stearns Cos. LLC (The)'s US$100 million guaranteed floating-rate notes due April 20, 2030. We withdrew our rating because we have not received the required information to continue surveillance on these notes and we are unable to obtain any assurance that we will receive this information.
