These rating actions follow our Sept. 26, 2008, lowering of our counterparty credit ratings on Washington Mutual Bank to 'R' (receivership rating) from 'BBB-' (see "Washington Mutual Inc. The ratings on these affirmed issues are based on confirming LOCs provided by Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (AAA/Stable/A-1+), which provide for the full and timely payment of interest and principal according
