| Abstract: | NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's CreditWire) Aug. 17, 1999--Standard&Poor's today assigned its triple-'A' preliminary rating to Citibank Credit Card Master Trust Series 1999-6's EUR 1 billion 4.50% fixed-rate class A certificates and its single-'A' preliminary rating to the $67.725 million floating-rate class B certificates. The class A and class B certificates are supported by a cash collateral account with an initial deposit of $67.72 million. Series 1999-6 is Citibank Credit Card Master Trust I's sixth transaction in 1999 and the 40th series outstanding in the Master Trust. This series will be Citibank's debut issuance involving EURO currency. The class A certificates are supported by both the subordination of the class B certificates and a shared cash collateral account
