| Abstract: | We recently lowered our long-term, foreign-currency sovereign credit rating on Jamaica. We are lowering our long-term corporate credit rating on Air Jamaica to 'CCC' from 'CCC+'. Any rating action on the sovereign would affect the ratings on Air Jamaica. MEXICO CITY (Standard&Poor's) Nov. 3, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it lowered its long-term corporate credit rating on Air Jamaica Ltd. to 'CCC' from 'CCC+'.
