OVERVIEW We placed eight ratings on CreditWatch negative from Cedarwoods CRE CDO II Ltd., a commercial real estate collateralized debt obligation transaction. The CreditWatch placements follow the receipt of notices from the trustee indicating an EOD, the intent to liquidate the collateral, and a subsequent written objection and interpleader complaint. NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Dec. 15, 2011--Standard&Poor's placed its ratings on CreditWatch with negative implications on eight classes from Cedarwoods CRE CDO II Ltd.
