...The Moody's/REAL Commercial Property Price Indices (CPPI) measure the change in actual transaction prices for comm ercial real estate assets based on the repeat sales of the same assets at different points in time. In this May report, based on data through the end of March, Moody's/REAL All Property Type Aggregate index measures 186.92, a decr ease of 2.3% over the previous month, the largest one month decline since the in ception of the index. The March index level, at 2.6% below the peak in October 2007, still represents an increase of 0.9% over the same period of the previo us year, and 10.5% over two years. ...
