    ...Moody's Investors Service has upgraded the servicer quality (SQ) rating of Bank of America, N.A. ("BANA") to SQ2- from SQ3+ as a Master Servicer of residential mortgage loans. The rating is based on the company's above average reporting and remitting processes, above average compliance and monitoring capabilities and above average servicing stability. In October 2007, BANA acquired the master servicing business as part of the purchase of LaSalle Bank. The master servicing operations are part of the LaSalle Global Trust Services division of BANA and are based in Chicago, Illinois. As of June 2009, the master servicing portfolio consisted of approximately 156,676 loans totaling approximately $15.1 billion.
