...Banque Palatine's (BP) IDRs are equalised with those of Groupe Caisse d'Epargne (GCE) and GCE's central body, Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargne et de PrTvoyance (CNCE), as BP is affiliated to CNCE. As such, CNCE is legally obliged to provide BP with adequate liquidity and solvency at all times. BP's Individual Rating reflects mainly its weak franchise which leads to difficulties in achieving sustainable recurrent profitability.
