| The Group's principal activity is to provide correctional, detention and mental health services facilities to federal, state, local and overseas government agencies. Correctional and detention management services involve the provision of security, administrative, rehabilitation, education, health and food services, primarily at adult male correctional and detention facilities. The mental health management services provide mental health and related administrative services to mentally ill patients that have been placed under public sector supervision and care. The Group has 56 correctional, detention and healthcare facilities. The Group operates in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the United Kingdom. On 24-Jan-2007, the Group acquired CentraCore Properties Trust. |
