The three-tranche deal comprises HK$800 million in three-year notes, HK$800 million in two-year notes, and HK$800 million in two-year floating rate notes. The issuer is guaranteed by The Link Holdings Ltd. and The Link Properties Ltd., which along with The Link Management Ltd. comprise The Link Real Estate Investment Trust (The Link; A/Stable/--). The proceeds will be used to refinance a short-term debt bridging facility with longer-term debt.
