For those that don't know me, I'm David Tyler. I joined Logica in July as Deputy Chairman and became Chairman in November. Much the most important thing that I've done over that period of time is to lead the search for our new CEO, and I'm delighted that Andy Green has now joined us. I'm already, in fact, ###% confident, after his first or seven -- his first seven or eight weeks in the business, that we found the best possible person to lead this Group. Andy has arrived after we've just completed a very difficult year in the business. And he knows that the Board is now looking to him to bring our returns up in future to satisfactory levels and that, in doing so, in the years ahead, as far as we're concerned, there are no sacred cows that he cannot question as he and his colleagues carry out our review of the business.
