Ltd. and guaranteed debt issues. The ratings were placed on CreditWatch on April 10, 2000, following the announcement that the company had agreed to sell its non real-estate investment management business and MLC Ltd. (insurer financial strength rating double-'A')Â—that is, Lend Lease's funds management and life insurance businesses in Australia, New Zealand, and AsiaÂ—to National Australia Bank Ltd.
