HPT expects to use the net proceeds to reduce amounts outstanding under the company's revolving credit facility. Existing ratings on HPT, including the 'BBB' corporate credit rating, were affirmed. The rating outlook is stable. HPT expects to use the net proceeds to reduce amounts outstanding under the company's revolving credit facility. Existing ratings on HPT, including the 'BBB' corporate credit rating, were affirmed. The rating outlook is stable.
