(General Growth) to 'CC' from 'CCC-'. Concurrently, we lowered our rating on the company's unsecured debt to 'C' from 'CC', affecting roughly $5 billion of securities. We also removed all of our ratings on the company from CreditWatch with negative implications. The outlook remains negative.
