mTouche Technology Berhad is engaged in investment holding, research and development of existing and new technologies in the field of information technology and telecommunications and related activities. It operates in two segments: matured markets, which includes countries with saturated market, including Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore, and emerging markets, which includes countries, such as China, Indonesia, Vietnam, India and the Philippines. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Mobile Touchetek Sdn Bhd, mTouche International Sdn Bhd, mTouche Pte Ltd, mTouche (HK) Ltd, and mTouche (Vietnam) Co Ltd. The principal activities of the above subsidiaries are the provision of mobile applications and related technology services. On September 30, 2011, the Company dissolved its 38.56%-owned associated company, GMO Global Limited.
