The Company operates four business segments: alternative energy segment, which develops and manufactures biodiesel products; information technology (IT) equipment segment, which supplies flash memories and liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors; animation segment, which original equipment manufactures (OEM) two dimensional (2D) animation movies, as well as education segment, which provides English educational services. On February 17, 2010, the Company acquired 51.0% of INNOMEDISYS, a Korea-based manufacturer of immune cell therapy products. On February 26, 2010, the Company acquired a 88.48% stake in a Korea-based pharmaceutical company. |
