The Group provides Cardiac Safety services which are utilized by clinical trial sponsors and clinical research organizations during their conduct of clinical trials. The Group also offers licensing which include hosting of proprietary Clinical Data, Management software products and the provision of maintenance and consulting services in support of our proprietary Clinical Data Management software products. Its research and development efforts are focused on improving and enhancing its existing products and services as well as developing new products and services. The operations of the Group are carried out in the United States and the United Kingdom. On 28-Nov-2007 the Group acquired Covance Cardiac Safety Services Inc. |
