| The Group's principal activities are developing, manufacturing and marketing of household textiles under the brand names of Zucchi, Bassetti, Descamps, Jalla, Bear and Eliolona. The Group is the produce items designed and signed by well established names such as Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Dior, Pierre Cardin, Lacoste, Chipie and Warner Bros. Dyeing and printing activities are carried out through Mascioni SpA and Descamps SA. Raw textiles, materials and yarn are manufactured mainly through Standardtela and Standardtre. In 2006 Bassetti SpA and Standardtela SpA merged in Vincenzo Zucchi SpA. The Group operates in Italy, France, other European countries and other countries. |
