| The Group's principal activities are to provide wireless and wired technology solutions, communications and security systems. It operates under three segments: Own Products (Intercom/Tetrarepeaters); System Administration and Network & System Administration. The Wireless segment covers different areas including Wireless Network Infrastructure, Mobile and Portable Terminals, Fleet Management and Wireless Applications. It also provides Control Room and Call Dispatch, Radio solutions for confined areas, Ground Stations and 24/7 Service Solutions. Communication and Security Systems include intercom exchanges (AsaCom DigiCom) and Internal communication systems (Ring-Master). These systems are used by clients like the Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building and institutions such as industrial complexes, banks and financial institutions, transportation providers and maritime vessels. The Group has operations in Europe, the United States and the Mediterranean. |
