| The Group's principal activities are research, development, manufacture and sale of traditional Chinese medicines and medicinal materials, chemical raw material medicines, organic goods, health care products, cosmetics and beverages. Other activities include operation of hotel and malls; wholesale and retail of externally bought medicines; provision of consulting services; administration of property and sale of cigarettes, liquors, candies, tea, building materials and decoration materials. Its major medicine products are the Yunnan Baiyao series and the Tianqi series of products, both marketed under the 'Yunfeng' brand. The Group is the sole legal manufacturer of Yunnan Baiyao from 1995 until 2015. Its products are available in mainland China, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Japan, Europe and America. |
