Pharma Chemicals focuses on the development and manufacture of generic and ethical pharmaceutical actives and clinical phase compounds. Impact chemicals develops inorganic specialities.On 16-Jan-2008, the Group 60 % of the issued share capital of Synthomer Vietnam Co. Ltd. In 2008, the Group disposed its James Robinson Limited and James Robinson GmbH, James Robinson India Pvt Ltd, Holliday Pigments SA, Holliday Pigments International SA and Holliday France SA, Holliday Chemical Espana SA, and PFW Aroma Chemicals BV subsidiaries. |
