The Group's principal activity is to provide door-to-door parcel delivery services such as express delivery, temperature-controlled delivery service, handling of service fees and round-trip delivery of office automation equipment. The services include domestic parcel delivery such as takkyubin and collection service, as well as international parcel delivery. It is also involved in systems development, provision of network and distribution information services, sale of information equipments, and leasing services. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Deliveries, BIZ-logistics, Home convenience, E-business; Financial, truck maintenance and Others.
