The Group's principal activity is to provide asset and non-asset-based transportation services integrated by technology. The activities are carried out through three segments namely: National Transportation, Regional Transportation and YRC Logistics. The National Transportation for the movement of industrial, commercial and retail goods, primarily through regionalized and centralized management and customer facing organizations. The Regional Transportation is LTL carrier of general commodities, which provide regional, next-day ground services in their respective regions through a network of facilities located across the U.S., Quebec, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. The YRC Logistics segment provides customers improved return-on-investment results through flexible, fast and easy-to-implement logistics services and technology management solutions.
