The Group's principal activity is providing a range of industry specific processing services to the insurance and financial markets, as well as procurement, finance and accounting, human resources and technology infrastructure services to customers across industries. It operates in three reportable operating business sectors: Business Lines, Insurance and Financial Markets. Business Lines is a cross-industry sector in which the Group provides procurement, human resources, finance and accounting, and technology infrastructure services. In both of the Insurance and Financial Markets sectors the Group provides industry specific business process outsourcing (BPO) services and software to customers.
