The Group's principal activities are supplying agricultural feeding stuffs, distributing arable farm inputs and marketing general agricultural products. It operates in two divisions: Agricultural Supplies and Specialist Retail, which includes Arable Division operates from a purpose built site with seed production plants. It is engaged in the crop production from seed, fertilizer, crop production and grain marketing and Feed Division, which is engaged in the supply of nutrient products for all species of livestock in Wales and Midland countries. Specialist Retail is divided in two divisions: Country Stores and Specialist Stores. Country Stores has 28 outlets which supplies a range of specialist products to farmers, smallholders, equestrians, pet owners, country life enthusiasts and rural business. Specialist Stores has 12 specialist pet stores operating in the Midlands region.
