The Group's principal activities are financial services in the investment banking and securities markets. It operates through four units. The brokerage unit is covering stocks, futures and options. The wealth management unit provides asset management and bond investment services, and markets financial products such as beneficiary certificates, equity-linked securities and wrap accounts. The investment banking unit offers equity and bond underwriting, project financing, private equity fund, and merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory services. The merchant banking unit provides short-term lending services, deposit services such as notes issued and cash management accounts, and structured deals services for non-performing loans, project financing and asset-backed loans.
