The Group's principal activity is to provide vocational training, assessment and related services. The main programmes offered by the Company are Skills for Life (numeracy and literacy) and National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) through the aegis's of LearnDirect and Train to Gain. On 06-May-2009, the Group acquired A&R Training Services Limited. On 08-May-2009, it acquired Futures Training Centres Limited.
