The Group's principal activities are designing, manufacturing and distributing automotive electrical components including starters, rods and shafts and alternators in the People's Republic of China. An alternator is part of a car engine electrical system connected to the engine belt of a vehicle and converts mechanical energy into electricity to recharge the battery. A starter is part of a car engine starting system, along with the starter solenoid. Other activities include product design and development services for new car models or automotive components based on customers required specifications. The Group has markets on sedan and passenger cars, pickup trucks and sport utility vehicle segments.
