The Group's principal activities are to develop, operate and market telephony based information services. These comprise the subject areas of computers, games, law, taxes, health, pets and telephony/electricity. It operates through three business segments: Electronic Payment & Risk Management (EP&RM), Acquiring & Issuing (A&I) and Call Center & Communication Services (CC&CS). The EP&RM includes products and services associated with acceptance and execution of downstream processing of electronic payment transactions as well as related processes. A&I comprises acceptance and issuing of credit and prepaid cards, account and payment transaction services for business and private clients, interests earned on financial investments, as well as gains made from exchange rate fluctuations. The segment CC&CS offers all products and services related to call center-supported relationship management of corporate. The Group operates in Germany, Europe and Other Countries.
