The Group's principal activity is operating hotels, restaurants and racquets and coffee shops at different locations across the United Kingdom. It has two core areas of operation: Hotels & Restaurants and Costa. Hotels & Restaurants division is engaged in the operation of budget hotels and restaurants and Costa division, operates the coffee shops. On 19-Sep-2008, the Group acquired 21 hotels, which traded under the Express by Holiday Inn brand, from Mitchells & Butlers plc.
