The Group's principal activities are to manufacture, purchase and distribute men's footwear. The principal brands of shoes sold are Florsheim, Nunn Bush and Stacy Adams. It operates in two segments namely wholesale and retail. Wholesale segment shoes are marketed through more than 10,000 shoe, clothing and department stores in North America and Europe. Retail segment currently operates 39 company-operated stores in the United States, two retail stores in major cities in Europe and an Internet business. Its products consist of both mid-priced quality leather dress shoes which would be worn as a part of more formal and traditional attire and quality casual footwear of man-made materials.
