The Group's principal activities are hauling truckload shipments of general commodities in both interstate and intrastate commerce as well as providing logistics services. The Group operates in two segments: Truckload Transportation Services and Value Added Services. The principal types of freight transported by the Group include retail store merchandise, consumer products, manufactured products and grocery products. The Group operates throughout the 48 contiguous states pursuant to operating authority, both common and contract, granted by the United States Department of Transportation and pursuant to intrastate authority granted by various states. The Company currently has 16 Fleet Truck Sales locations throughout the United States.
