| The Group's principal activity is that of a real estate group which investments consist of office buildings, shopping centres and industrial as well as residential property. It has an investment and property management organisation at its disposal with offices in Brussels, The Hague, London, Paris, Madrid and New York. Investments are located in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Hungary, the United Kingdom, Spain & the United States of America. Properties are revalued by independent valuers each year, one half of the portfolio on June 30th and the other half on December 31st. |
