| The Group's principal activities are to provide health benefit programs and services primarily in Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin. The Group operates in three segments: Consumer and Commercial Business, Specialty, Senior and State Sponsored Business and Other. The Group's products include group life and disability insurance benefits, pharmacy benefit management, dental and vision benefits, government health program and behavioral health benefits services. The product portfolio includes a diversified mix of managed care products, including preferred provider organizations, health maintenance organizations and point of service plans. The services and products include claims processing, underwriting stop loss insurance, actuarial services, provider network access, and medical cost management services. On 01-Aug-2007, the Group acquired Imaging Management Holdings LLC. |
