Currently, the Group's portfolio of 383 properties includes 335 neighborhood and community shopping centers and 77 industrial properties, aggregating 72.8 million square feet in the Houston metropolitan area and in other parts of Texas, California, Louisiana, Arizona, Nevada, Arkansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kansas, Colorado, Missouri, Illinois, Florida and Maine. In addition, the Group owns 77 industrial projects located in California, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. |
