The Group's principal activity is to provide equipment and services to the oil and gas exploration and production industry. It operates in two segments: Drilling Services and Production Systems. Drilling services segment provides a wide range of oilfield products and services, including drilling services and equipment, well installation services and cementing products and equipment. Production Systems segment designs, manufactures, sells and services a complete line of artificial lift equipment, including progressing cavity pumps, reciprocating rod lift systems, gas lift systems, electrical submersible pumps, product optimization services and automation and monitoring of wellhead production. It operates in North America, Latin America, Europe/West Africa/the Commonwealth of Independent States and Middle East/North Africa/Asia.
