| The Group's principal activity is the supply of plastic pipe systems and solutions. The Group acts as a supplier for building wholesalers and merchants, plumbing wholesalers, civil merchants, utility companies, civil contractors and municipalities. The Group provides its products to two major markets which are the building and installation market and the civils and infrastructure market. The Group is active in 27 countries all of which are in Europe. On the 7th of March 2007 the Group acquired 100% of the shares of Polyfemos AS in Norway and on the 5th of June 2007 the Group acquired 100% of the shares of O'Brien Marketing Ltd in Ireland. |
