| The Group's principal activity is to provide pre-packaged wireless communication services. The Group caters to the automobile, industrial and mobile phone sectors. Under Automobile, the Group uses GSM/GPRS/GPS and CDMA technology to manufacture hands free telephones, telematics and fleet management systems used in taxis and rental cars. Under Industrial, the Group produces M2M applications like remote controls, security alarms, Automatic Teller Machines, other payment terminals, parking meters and consumer applications like modems. Under Mobile phones, the group manufactures wireless local loops using GSM and CDMA technologies. Their technologies enable the PDA and PC manufacturers to add wireless communication functionality for voice or data transfer. The Group has operations worldwide. On 01-Feb-2008, the Group acquired Anyware Technologies. |
