The Group's principal activity is to distributes, customizes and provides after-sales parts and service support of mobile equipment used in the construction, forestry, mining, oil sands, materials handling, transportation, oil and gas, manufacturing and utilities industries. The Group's activities are carried out through three segments: Mobile equipment, Industrial components and Power Systems. The Mobile equipment segment distributes, modifies and services mobile equipment. The Industrial components segment distributes, services and assembles industrial components. The Power Systems segment distributes and services diesel engines.
