| The Group's principal activity is to design, manufacture and market standard and customized truck trailers and related transportation equipment. The Group operates in two segments: Manufacturing and Retail and Distribution. The Manufacturing segment produces and sells trailers to customers directly or through independent dealers. The Retail and Distribution segment sells, leases and finances new and used trailers along with aftermarket parts and services through its retail branch network. The Group's market consists of truckload common carriers, leasing companies, LTL common carriers, private fleet carriers, package carriers and domestic and international intermodal carriers including railroads. The Group's Trademarks include Wabash(R), DuraPlate(R), DuraPlateHD(R), FreightPro(R), ArcticLite(R), RoadRailer(R), Transcraft(R), Eagle(R), Eagle II(R) and D-Eagle(R). The Group operates in the United States and Canada. |
