| The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and sell multi-purpose maintenance products, heavy-duty hand cleaners and household products. The Group's products are sold to retail chain stores, hardware stores, automotive parts outlets and industrial distributors and suppliers. The Group operates in two segments. Multi-purpose maintenance products and homecare and cleaning products. Multi-Purpose Maintenance Products include WD-40 and 3-IN-ONE Oil, hand Cleaners: which include two heavy-duty hand cleaner brands are Lava and Solvol. Homecare and cleaning products includes six household product brands known as X-14 hard surface cleaners and automatic toilet bowl cleaners, 2000 Flushes automatic toilet bowl cleaner, Carpet Fresh and No Vac(R) rug, room deodorizers, Spot Shot aerosol, liquid carpet stain remover, 1001 carpet. The products are marketed to North, Central and South America, Asia, Australia and the Pacific Rim, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. |
