The Group's principal activity is that of an investment company with two divisions, Residential Property and Equity Holdings. Residential Property: The Group currently manages some 31,000 flats. The property companies' main activities in the four locations ( Kiel, Bremen, Wuppertal and Moenchengladbach)are the management and privatisation of flats. Equity Holdings: The Group has a major industrial holding in Kloeckner-Werke AG and holdings in companies from a wide range of industries.
