Under the Champagne segment, the Group undertakes the production and sale of champagne. Under the Services segment, the Group undertakes the plantation, maintenance and harvest of vineyards. Under Porto, the Group produces and markets porto wine. The Group's brands include: Vranken, Demoiselle, Barancourt, A. Charbaut & Fils and Veuve Monnier, Charles Lafitte, Orgueil de France, Heidsieck & Co Monopole, Porto Rozes and Sao Pedro.The Group's products are distributed nationally through hypermarkets and specialized retailers and internationally through their foreign subsidiaries. The Group operates in Europe, France, Asia and the United States. During 2008, the Group acquired Vranken-Pommery and Tours Sur Marne. |
