The Group's principal activities are divided into two business segments: Securities investment segment includes trading of securities and Restaurant operation segment includes catering services through the operation of a chain of Chinese restaurants. Other activities include consumer finance, properties investment and investment holdings. The operations of the Group are carried out in Hong Kong and the Mainland China.
