The Group's principal activity is the design, manufacture and distribution of men's classical outfits, mainly suits, jackets and trousers. The Group also manufactures ladies' jackets, skirts and suits. The Group operates in five segments: Clothes, Jewellery Retail (including watches); Export, Wholesale and Others. The two leading brands offered by the Group to domestic and foreign customers are 'Vistula' and 'Lantier'. The Group acquired Galeria Centrum Sp. z o.o. and Fleet Management GmbH (Germany) in 2007. The Group operates in Poland and Germany and exports mainly to the countries of the European Union.
